“Limpet Print Cotton Tablecloth” 57″ x 98″ Price: $120 I aspire to create memorable distinct prints. My work always has a basis in the natural, the organic. This print is based on the conical shell of a limpet. Limpets, just like other mollusks, have fascinating markings on their shells. Its shell has ribbing that repeats in a circular arrangement as the limpet grows. My ideas first take shape as drawings and are then created into silk screens. I print my designs on natural fabrics that are then hand sewn.
