Art Camp

CherryArts “Art Sustains Us” Art Camp
with Pat Milbery June 17-21

It’s time to get creative, join us for an amazing one-week summer art camp! CherryArts is hosting this interactive art experience in partnership with nationally renowned artist, Pat Milbery. Participants get to explore their own creativity while developing new artistic skills involving printmaking, painting and sculpture. Students will collaborate on ideas for the final design of the sculpture and then learn how to make art from recycled materials. The collaborative artwork will be showcased at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival and then becomes a part of the CherryArts Mobile Art Gallery traveling to schools and communities throughout the Denver metro area. At camp, students will also create individual artwork and explore creating sustainable artwork on an individual and collaborative level. Pat Milbery’s work focuses on western landscape merged with his modern, abstract, colorful geometric style, his vivid street art collaborations adorn the walls of dozens of boutiques, coffee shops, architecture agencies, hotels, breweries, bars, and other businesses across the country.
“Wear your smile, make art accessible and let’s have some fun!”-Pat
