For decades, the Cherry Creek Arts Festival has been a vital cultural destination. One that annually transforms Denver streets into an innovative outdoor art show bringing together hundreds of juried artists and thousands of community members. CherryArts’ vision is to enrich lives through arts education and experiences, a signature program that encapsulates these sentiments is the Student Art Buying Program. We couldn’t be more excited to evolve this experience to include a new Patron Program!

By joining CherryArts as a Patron of the Student Art Buying Program, you will become a part of a community of supporters that believe in educating the next generation of creative thinkers through arts education.
Your Support Makes a Difference
Your contribution will directly support art and arts education in schools across Colorado. Specifically, the Student Art Buying Patron Program supports:
- Access for students from 22 schools across Colorado to purchase artwork from the Cherry Creek Arts Festival Artists for permanent installation at their school.
- Students explore the world of art in a classroom module that culminates in a hands-on art buying experience. Educational benefits for students include art appreciation, knowledge, and exposure; public speaking; teamwork and financial literacy, skills in negotiation and budget management.
- Delivering year-round education programming to nurture future generations of art supporters and expose young minds to the many social and individual benefits of experiencing and creating art.
- The Student Art Buying Program impacted more than 14,400 students in 2021, and since 2001, over 1000 pieces of art have been purchased by 365 schools!
- Over 800 Artists have had their artwork purchased by students since 2001
